My family really had fun here. The gift store was reasonably priced and they had a cost room with lockers. Snacks were also available for purchase along with gift cards. Everything was operable and fun to interact with. The museum had Santa available seasonally and train track. We even played family hide and seek while we were here. It was a blast. Recommend!
I went with my son and his entire Kindergarten class for their end of the year field trip, first time going here. I was surprised! What a cool place for the kiddos to let loose, play and have fun. It's basically a giant indoor playground. There's a cute gift shop with reasonably priced items, a few private classroom sized rooms, and a lot of interesting stuff for the kids to do. Toddlers to big kids would enjoy this place. Staff was super friendly. Clean environment. Recommend!
Wonderful place to take the toddler I babysat! Hard to leave…we had so much fun! We especially liked the car area! Putting little race cars together and racing them down the ramp! The kitchen area is so much fun too! The employees are all so helpful and friendly! Nice sized place…not too big and not too small! Will definitely go again soon!
This place was super fun and interactive. Many exhibits of all kinds and artwork for your child to take home. The gift shop is cute and relatively inexpensive. My daughter and I went there on a school field trip and I was pleasantly surprised to find the setup itself to be easy to navigate and open enough to make sure your kiddo can't just run off and disappear 😅 though do not think they would. This place has enough to keep a child busy for hours!
On a field trip with 2nd graders. They are loving it. I think I like it better than impression5 in Lansing. Parking seems adequate unless your a bus. I suggest they think about that. Not sure why you would have a display at the entrance that says Please don't climb when it screams Please Climb Me. It appears clean & maintained. There are regular & family bathrooms. Water bottle refill station. Friendly staff.
A very well played out area with a lot of space for kids to have fun and allow parents to have full visability of their children. There is a lot of staff watching each area that adds to the security of the area and its safety. My kids were all entertained for a few hours and didn't have to wait for activities to free up because there were a lot of options for fun. Definitely one of the better children's museums I've been to and would highly recommend to anyone asking.
Very busy during spring break. Kids had fun, 5y and 16m. Water table could use work. We usually go to the children's museum in Flint. It's more friendly for the 16mo imo.
This is such a beautiful and educational place for children to play.
